How long does it take?

Our standard service is 10 working days, this guarantees that your bike will be collected and delivered within this period. However, it is often quicker than this and we will remain in regular contact with both collection and delivery points throughout the process, so you don’t have to worry about a thing!

Will my bike be collected and delivered on the same day?

Not necessarily, sometimes the bike will be collected and delivered on 2 different days depending on demand. Our standard service guarantees collection and delivery within 10 working days, although it is often quicker than this. However, there are many occasions where bikes are collected and delivered on the same day.

Can I have a bike delivered on a specific date/time?

Yes, but this will be significantly more expensive than our standard service.

How do i pay you?

We will send you an invoice for payment when the booking is confirmed.

Can you inspect the condition of the bike?

We will check the bike is as described i.e 2001 Blue Honda Blackbird with panniers and top box, but will not take any liability for cosmetic or mechanical defects. If you would like us to contact you whilst collecting this can be arranged on request.

Do you charge extra for any accompanying parts/accessories?

We do not charge extra for small items, but it must be agreed prior to the job taking place and correctly packaged for transit. We cannot assume any responsibility for the condition of these items.

Where do you operate?

Mainland Wales, England and Scotland, but we do have some connections with other companies, should you need a bike moved further afield.
